AA (Non - Arab Darfuris - relocation) Sudan CG [2009] UKIAT 00056

Following recent developments in Sudan the Home Office have updated their operational guidance in relation to Non-Arab’s from the Darfur region.

It has been held by the court that it would be appropriate to grant asylum to most Non-Arab’s from Darfur and would not be appropriate to argue that they could internally relocate.
